Ingredients :
1 medium stalk of celery
1/2 medium cucumber
small bunch of cilantro
small bunch of kale
1 small clementine ( option to peel or leave in the skin )
1 medium pear or golden apple
approximately 1/2 cup cold water and ice mix (depending on your ideal temperature. fill enough liquid to cover 1/2 of the dry ingredients).
Instructions:
blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
pour over ice and enjoy
*option to add protein powder into the mix as well. I often add Vital Proteins
