Hot Prana Sculpt has quickly become my absolute favorite yoga class. A hybrid of yoga, cardio and strength training. Taught in a heated room and built on the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow, HIIT, and basic weight training, the class delivers a full body workout that is sure to invigorate, energize and strengthen you from the inside out. The music is uniquely sequenced to power you through the workout- with a new workout each week, you're sure to find the inspiration you need to find your inner yogi and let it rock!
