This creamy, gluten free, dairy free, vegan Fudge Popsicle will remind you of your fondest childhood summer memories. All the flavor, none of the chemicals!
Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe bananas
- 2.5 Tbsp natural, unsalted creamy peanut butter
- 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Water or unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
Peel bananas, place in blender with peanut butter and cocoa powder
Blend until thoroughly mixed
Add water or coconut milk to loose milkshake consistency (approximately 1.5 cups)
Pour into popsicle mold
Freeze 4-6 hours
Yield: Approximately 8 popsicles
